It did take a bit of time to get used to using less product, but after following the how-to guide they sent via email, it made total sense. You don�t need much at all and it still lathers well, which I didn�t expect at first.

It does not weigh the hair down, which is important for me.The only downside for me is that they do not offer refill options. It would be great to have a more sustainable option, especially since it is something I would keep repurchasing.
