1. Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends.

2. Lather a quarter-size amount of the shampoo in your hands, then work into roots and anywhere hair touches the scalp.

3. Rinse shampoo.

4. Make sure to squeeze out excess moisture before pairing with our Strength & Defence Conditioner.

5. Squeeze a small amount into your hands and massage through the mid-lengths and ends of your hair only. Leave for around 2-5 minutes

6. Rinse the conditioner.
